This month was really a fruitful one! Other than the start of my HOLIDAYS, it is the month of the September Soul Fever 2008. This actually includes a series of fun and exciting activities throughout the month! We had the 2days 1night chalet-cum-BBQ at the Aloha Pas iris, the BBQ for sec sch students, and the F1 Live Screening!! Really good opportunities to bring us together and also not forgetting to invite all our friends down. Will talk more about this later.

I'm still satisfied with my holidays so far since things are really happening. In the past, holidays may be what most of us will be looking forward to, but most of the time when holidays really come, people tend to be bored out by it. I use to be one of them but not now! At least the purpose for me now is to do what i can towards the growth of our church! to get my friends and family saved. I'm really trying and we know that as long as we are strong in prayer, things will just keep moving and revelations after revelations will be heard! Amen! Putting in time and sacrificing is all that i need. Spending lesser time watching TV programmes, surfing the net, etc and finding time to do what we should do. At the end of the day, we all know that we will have something to gain and nothing to lose! so be part of it!=D

Seeing the fact that I will be real busy when school starts next semester, it gives me the reason to work even harder for now. But no worries, there shall be no discount to the things we are doing, but really good time management will do the job. Everything is possible as long as you have the heart in it and keeping the momentum there.

Like what Pastor How had preached, we should seize every moment and grab every opportunity to move on, keeping the momentum. Its like keep finding chance to get pple saved one after another. Yeap, I'm still learning.

Anyway, lets talk about the church chalet that we had last week! This is one of the biggest, well-organised, fufiling chalet I had ever gone to! I really like the space plan of the whole Interior. Its like semi-indoor and semi-outdoor! It has double storey, 4 rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 dining area, and also a sea view! I like it in the way that we can just get together at any corner of the house, sit down and do things. Its a bungalow, just that it is abit old, but what is important are the people in it and the things that are happening rgt. =D

I manage to get 2 of my secondary friends for this chalet, Edwin and Jia Meng! It was only 1 night for most of us and we made the best fun out of it! We played games like guitar hero, chinese chess, jungle speed and UNO h2O! Well, i prepared 2 water guns for the UNO game and it seems that I'm the one who got the most water on myself. Even people working in the kitchen joined in the fun and started spraying water out of the window. And thanks Elton for splashing one whole pot of water on me! Whoever's idea it was, you were the one who did it. haha. Since everyone in the game is laughing like nobody business, i shall sacrifice abit. LOL!

We had loads of joking and bonding sessions even in the night! Cycling here and there on the double bike, played games and watching movie on the laptop. We watched Step-Up 2 and we decided to stop watching halfway through since we were like striving hard to listen to the soft noise flowing out of the lappy, known as the 'Virtual Surround Sound DOLBY Home Theater' for the speakers on it. Edwin knock out during that time! Also went to the swimming pool with Elyn, Alex, Hwee Yee and Jiameng at night and seriously we were crapping happily away with XinJie on the phone! Ya la and lots of things happened. Lets take a look at some pictures!

Yes, I was shot by the water gun!

This is Jungle Speed. Edwin and I were like competing against each other and i won! Cheers!!

Hwee Yee insisted on taking a picture when I'm all wet! at the back

This is Wei Min!=D She's 20... muahahaha(shes gonna kill me for this!)

Elyn got hold of the watergun and shooting off happily!

I got hold of it....

This is Alex!

This is Zach sleeping! In between the doors if you can see.

This is Alvin!

This is HongYu! He wasan't sleeping, closed his eyes because i asked him to! joker lo...

Erm. this is Wei Hong! China Man! muahaha. looks cool here.=D

Below will be a series of Elyn's pictures. Since she had posted me on her blog! muahahaha.

Not bad huh? My photographic skills!

And well, I manage to find myself a space to sleep on the bed in the air-con room that night! Erm yea, got on to it when someone woke up for a short toilet break! I only found out the next morning and yea. Really sorry man!=D Actually i dint thought of sleeping, just that it got so comfortable that i fell into a deep sleep! really...!

By the way, HongKai left at 5 plus in the morning for the first train! Because he said he was tired!

Slept for about 1-2hrs and it was time to wake up! Roy did some sharing in the morning before we check out for breakfast. He talked on how we could portray ourselves in a confident matter when we answer to our Pastors and leaders. "We may be Servant-hearted but not Servants." And even when in front of our friends, we got to speak out for ourselves of what is right, and not just accept things people said without hesitation. Sometimes, I find it rather true that when speaking to friends, we tend to give in a little more and in the sense have better control over ourselves, resulting in them taking it for granted unknowingly and stepping over us at times. This sharing had indeed given us something to think and work on, somethng that is crucial and will affect us as we go on!

After that we went for breakfast at the Downtown East food court and jokes still continued! We were laughing and laughing away lo. Erm, who still wants natural beauty?? hahaha.

A rocket prata at the Indian food stall actually caught my attention. It has a cylinder prata at the bottom and a inverted cone on top of it. Later did I found out that it was just for show! It came out to only be a normal inverted cone of prata on the plate. Below is something how it looks like. Look at me savouring it with KianLeng and LekFong.

These are the pictures I have of them!

Lek Fong=D Best pic i have of him!

Kian Leng=D

Prata was nice! After lunch, we hang out abit there and the few of us set off to ECP!! to ride bike! Went together with JiaMeng, Abby and Hwee Yee. Jia Meng didn't know how to cycle and wanted to learn. Well, he manage to get a hand of it within 1.5hrs, just a little unstable! ahaha. *Claps for you*=D Took some great pictures but it doesn't seem to appear in my HP!! arrggghh. Anyway, halfway through Hweeyee ad I cycled back to get a double bike. Half the time she was screaming and complaining how she was going to jump off if the bike were to fall and stuffs.

Dun't blame her since I told her about how once I rode my friend back from a failed trip to the Changi Airport by bike when it toppled over and both of us fell off. I was lucky to land on the grass but not so for her, who landed on the hard pavement!! My friend is still blaming me for her injury when we talk about it lo. LOL.

Yeap! So we went further down to some place where they actually did some constructions and built up some structures to beautify the surrounding. I was quite amused by the full bloom of the flowers which was really nice bright red! reddish orange! Purple! nice wat?! LOL Went for dinner after that at Marine Parade hawker centre and went back home. Took the bus with Jia Meng and both of us were like sleeping the whole trip! Luckily he woke up at the stop and we managed to drop off. Woah! luckily.... I had really bad experiences in missing stops if you know!

OKAY! Shall post up now!=D

P/S: Some of these pictures taken are abit blur and have special effects. All from hwee yee's cam taken by me! Old already! I mean the cam la! muahahahaahaha

P/S: Started this entry 3 weeks ago and now im back to upload the remaining photos.

Be warned that in this post, we gonna see lots of 'stel' and 'la'. SO! buckle up ur seat belts! ahahaah.

Lets start off with something really cool!
Anyone knows how the following tune goes? Its a song called Loving You and it showcases"hai tun ying". This song ends with a unbelievable high pitch!! It goes sth like that.. lalalalala lalalalala lalalalalalalalala lala dududududu~ arrrrrr ar ar ar ar...
Heres a video example...

Well.. so how was it? incredible rgt? A few more "highly pitched" videos up for you guys.

Below is a version by HaLin.

Dunn you think its so interesting to watch these singers pushing their limits and challenging the impossible?? Yes!! for me. I believe most of you will. Watching them set me off Wowing like no body's business! And due to the nature of human, we will too challenge ourselves and try imitating them! rgt?? ha ha. and we will end up screaming our heads off! rgt rgt??
muahahahaha!!

Okay! lets go on to my updates! Finally, my 2 modules block ended last week! For this 2 months, I'm only scheduled to take up 1 module a month, which also means only 3 hrs class everyday!! hahahahah! freedom!! What's more? After these 2 months, following on will be my 1.5 months of holidays!! yeahhhh!!!! (hwee yee! study hard! muahahahaha)
Even if that is so, these 2 months are not for me to slack either. Although i have been going around telling everyone else its gonna be slack. Having only 1 module for the month also means higher expectations from the lecturers. So imi gonna really work hard and do well for them! Anyway, its still shiokness!!! hahaha..

Next thing, i have not blog on my stay over in church yet!! I shall do it now=D

The main purpose of this B & C zones Stay over in Church is actually for us to come together to have this overnight prayer meeting. this prayer meeting is organised like a marathon, where different cgs will be scheduled at different time one after another. My cg at that time was scheduled at about 430am and we prayed all the way till 5 plus 6. Lets pray more and have a strong prayer life!!=D

Other then the prayer meeting that night, how can we possibly miss out the fun?!! hahaha. its my first time spending the night with the cg and im really really high!!

Pictures speak louder then words!! so heres it! muahahaha!

You are gonna see the most unglam pics you ever seen.

Im taking revenge!! You know who you are. muahahahahaha..

And you will see STELLA!! flooding the rest of the post.

GET READY!!

We took close to about 200 photos within that few hours in the night! These are less than half of what we have!
not only me as u you can see!

So now. Lets sit back and see stellalalalalala dance!! muahahahaha

Okay! Hope you enjoyed the pictures! You better. I spent the whole afternn editing them. the brightness and stuffs.

Tuesday, July 1, 2008

Hey everyone! Im here to post again.

Im having some problems with upoloading pictures recently. =/ Because everytime when i click to upload pictures, the error page came out. In the end, i have upload the pictures one by one.

Anywae, lots of things happened during the past 1 month! School had been busy as usual and the highlights for last month was the family trip to Genting Highlands, from 15/06(Sun)-17/06(Tue) and Stayover in Heart of God Church, 11th-12th of June. It was really damn fun la! haha!!

OKay! i shall first start with the trip to Genting!

On the 15/06:

Early in the morning at about 5 am, my whole family was awake and was preparing to set off! As you know, if you were to caoch up to the Highlands, you gotto report and board the bus by 630 am. Then with some delays here and there, the bus will only leave at 7am. It was abit troublesome that day because we had to take a their bus to somewhere near queensway and
change another coach that will bring us to out destination. And guess wat, the first bus was short of one seat and my bro end up sitting on the floor of the bus. Luckily there is this lady who bought one extra seat

Ya! After that we got off and change to another 26-seater bus. Much more comfortable with the bigger and adjustable seats. BUT! there were problems here and there la!

For example the seats of the bus, there should be a handle for you to adjust the cushion board which is used for resting the lower part of ur legs. Then for some of the seats, the handle had broken off or something and the cushion board will just stuck halfway in the air. Here is a piicture of how it will look if you were to sit on the spoilt chair:

As you can see, the cushion board which should support the smaller thighs of your legs end up supporting the thigh instead, and make it in a way that the person had to sit all the way out so as to rest his legs in a uncomfortable manner. Imagine sitting like that for 7 hours. Luckily there were extra seats!

Anyway, the chair im sitting on is still alright , that issue did not really bother me much. LOL!

I alway like the long bus journeys because you can like just sit back, listen to some songs, relax and enjoy the sceneries outside. Comfortable can!

At the start, they gave us this goodie bag with some brochures, a packet of Singaporean flavour curry noodles, a bun, etc. I was so hungry that i ate up the bun.
The whole journey was about 6 hrs plus with all the stoppings here and there for lunch and toilet breaks. And i tell you, the part when the coach is going up the slopes to Genting Highlands was my worse ever. We can hear the the sound of the engine keep on accelerating but the bus was just moving in such a slow and unsteady speed, that make it feel like the engine might just die off anytime! And during the trip up the hill, about 5-6 Coaches which were initially behind us actually overtake us! Then you can see all the aunties popping their head to the bus driver and asking things like.

"Eh! what happen ar?!"
''Later the bus break down, how?!"
"Wah! How come the bus like that one?!''
''When we go home will like that again anot ar?!!"

But in the end, we managed to reach the top in 2 hrs time. Double of the amount of time needed normally, i guess!! Never again!

This is how the interior of the bus actually look like. It looks fine on the photo, but its not! So we checked in the hotel (First World Hotel is damn BUDGET!)in at about 4 plus, wash up abit and went down for dinner! We ate at the food court at the 3rd level and although it looks clean, the food taste wierd(at least for the things i ordered). My family said that it was so-so, and i thought its definitely incomparable to that of Singapore! Thats for sure man!=D

After that, we went to shop abit at the First World Plaza, which is at the first few levels of the hotel building. There weren't much difference in the shops as to what i remembered last seeing them as.
My cousins, my brother and i had decided to go to the Outdoor Theme Park the next day and we were so excited about that. Even before the trip, bk cousin and i were discussing about how exciting and thrilling it will be with our cg la! haha..

On the 16/06:

The next day, i woke up at about 9 to get ready and had a early breakfast to prevent myself from vomiting everything out during the Outdoor Rides. The four of us prepared and went out at around 11 plus. In the end, THE OUTDOOR THEME PARK WAS CLOSED!!! ARRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH!! due to the rain!

We were so dissappointed and demoralised lo! This is my 3rd time in Genting and my first time going to the outdoor theme and this kind of things happened. Gonna be a wasted trip!. Bk cousin and i decided to explore the ouside of the hotel. We went around and took a couple of photos

On the way, i thought that we can actually go to the Theme Park and make it on time to board the bus at 2pm, if we were to wake up super early the next day.

That night, we went for a fabulous dinner buffet at the restaurant Coffee Terrace and paid only RM 56 each! It is something like Sakura International Buffet but of higher standards, definitely. The ambience there was pretty good also!

As i could remember, they offer 5 different types of cuisine, namely the Western, Japanese, Asian Chinese, Nyonya and Muslim.

I like the sashimi frm the Japanese Cuisine best!! Every slice of salmon has got balanced layers of flesh and fats with a shiny and smooth texture. The slices were so tender and firm that when you put it in your mouth, it literatelly melts in it and the taste of freshness is just so wonderful!! I requested for 2 servings and it made my day!. Fresh salmon lovers will confirm like one man! With all the deserts and fruits, we really ate until very very full! We went to bed early on that night.

\/my bro and cousin insist that i take a cool photo of them drinking-_-/\

Actually im suppose to conference with a few of my classmates on msn for updates on the lessons i have missed, but was too tired la! Sry guys!

On the 17/06:

That day, i woke up at 7.00am and started packing everything and to get ready. I set 3 alarms on my phone and another one on my lappy the night before to ensure that we will wake up on time for the Outdoor Theme Park! I was really determined to go. Everything went according to plan and i managed to play every ride i wanted to, for my first time there! [eg. skydrop, the superman rollercoaster, all the roller coasters except the wet one, the go-kart(Sg Escape is mch better. only for this), etc. YEAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!

We also went up to the Dinosaur park where we need to climb a flight of stairs. We also took pictures up there!

US!!

After that, we went back to the hotel to check out and and manage to leave according to the schedule. I was abit late by 5 mins as i rushed back to the plaza to get something!!

Okay! i have come to the end of my trip to Genting Highlands. i will end with 2 of my favoirite pictures taken during the trip!=D

P/S- I shall update on my stayover in church again.=D

-that's aLL- =D

Hi people! I'm here to give my first update=D
(It's 3.35am now)
Finally i got my own blog!
muahahaha. i'm cool!
Hmm.. the previous entry is not by me!
haha. Its done by those 2 people (Mayguss and her friend)

They were the ones who helped me with the creation of this blog. They really tried hard because of some complications with the codes.
I guess i should thank them really much!
Okok. Great thanks to Mayguss and her friend(i don't know her name. sry!)=D Bernita also!
We actually did up this blog in Starbucks Bugis, after we buying some materials for our next module!

Why do I want to set up a blog?

Well. Actually I did set up another 2 blogs previously for experimenting.
And I stopped with 2 and 1 pathetic post(s) respectively! =/According to the records, it shud be within the the last 3 years.

I'm quite reluctant at first to set up this blog since I'm afraid that I can't stay committed to update regularly=//

But, its different now!

Blogging i feel is a very good way of recording down your life, reflecting on the things(whether its interesting, meaningful, etc)you have once done, and most importantly, its to build connections!!=DD

So! i shall start now!!

Hmm..where should i start from?!!

thinking in process....

thinking.....

still thinking...

Alright! I shall give some updates on last 2 months.

I guess the most exciting and interesting during this period is the start of poly life and going back to church.(other then the piles of projects/assignments) My class is damn zai!! and i simply love it! i'm lovin' it! They are some of the most funniest and craziest people i will know! Just hope that we wil stay how we are now and even get better!=D

The best part of the day, after the 6 hrs lesson is probably the time we spend in the IAD studio. The time where we play and work together.
And seriously, my class likes camwhoring!! I belive pictures speak louder then words!
